The story

From the gym floor to a finance desk, and back again.

I came to fitness as a gym-goer first, more than ten years ago, long before it was my job. These days I run daily and coach clients across Newcastle, the Hunter Valley and Sydney CBD.

Before training became a career, I worked as a finance officer in the retail industry and hold a Bachelor of Business. That background still shapes how I coach: structured plans, clear numbers, and programs you can actually follow week to week.

I'm certified in Certificate III and IV in Fitness, and I'm a qualified boxing trainer. I specialise in clients who want to lose weight and improve their overall fitness, and I take a holistic approach: physical strength matters, but so does your mental and emotional wellbeing.

Whether you want to start boxing, build running stamina or just need a clear plan for a healthier lifestyle, the program starts with where you are right now, not where a generic template assumes you are.

How I coach

No generic templates.

  • Holistic coaching that accounts for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, not just sets and reps.
  • Programs built around your starting point and your schedule, not a one-size-fits-all plan.
  • Direct, honest feedback so you always know what's working and what needs to change.
  • Nutrition and training planned together, because one without the other rarely sticks.
