A Bachelor of Business and a background as a finance officer, paired with Certificate III and IV in Fitness and a boxing coaching qualification. I bring structure to every program, not just enthusiasm.

I specialise in weight loss and overall fitness, and I coach the whole person: physical strength alongside mental and emotional wellbeing.
